FAQ

Answers To The Most Common Questions:

  •    Onsite registration is on the lower level of the hotel.

  •  Our presenters are pre-selected, so please do not contact us for an application form to offer a workshop.

  •     Vending space is limited so we will be carefully selecting vendors. This is not a first come first serve process. Contact us at: sacredwheel@sacredwheel.org

  •     We do not have any agreements with other nearby hotels. We encourage you to stay at the Hunt Valley Inn because filling the rooms has an impact on the cost of the contract to host this event.

  •        There will be a free literature table where you can leave flyers and cards. You may ship them to us if you are not attending.

  •     Day passes can only be bought onsite.

  •     Check with each presenter for permission before recording their workshop or taking their picture.

  •     Other than matters related to your hotel room, requests about the facilities should be directed to BTW staff, not the hotel staff.

  •      We do not provide young adult programming or are childcare options at this event.

Notice On Corona Virus Concerns:

The joint board of the Between the Worlds – Sacred Space Conference values the health and safety of our attendees and strives to offer a safe, inclusive space for learning and connecting. We are closely observing the evolving information regarding Corona virus and will continue to make plans to support the safety of our community.

  • The Sacred Space – Between The Worlds Conference is scheduled to proceed as planned.
  • The Conference takes place at the Delta Baltimore Hunt Valley. There are restrooms throughout the building and we encourage regular hand-washing. We will also have sanitizing gel and wipes available for use.
  • It has always been polite to cough or sneeze into your elbow rather than into the air or into your hands, and this is more true now.
  • - It is always good to get consent before hugging or touching anyone. This year, we also encourage you to consider greetings that involve less direct physical contact: elbow bumps, waves, nods, and bowing are all good options.
  • If you feel ill before the event or have other health concerns, you can contact us for a refund or transfer of your registration to 2021.
